Front desk quite strict and serious… Overall satisfy with the rooms and location which near to metro station.

Hotel is super closed to metro exit 2, up from exit 2 left hand side, you will see elevator, 4th floor above starbuck is where the hotel at! less than 50m walk, so convenient and it’s in the center of shopping mall road, easy to walk to Pingliang street around 1.5km walk. At reception (4th floor) in the afternoon to at night, there are very strong smell of cigratte but better in the morning. Luckily that room in 4th floor are clean and not smelly of anything. i found that reception staff are smoke in the toilet at common area that is why we can smell strong of cigratte. i booked another in 5th floor, all good. room are little small not many space to flow all my baggages in one tome, we have to manage but it’s really fine for me and family. Only comment on strong smell of cigratte at reception and common area. Others im impressed.

The location is near the Metro. The room with no windows made me feel uncomfortable. Pictures are the destinations where I visit Suzhou

Location :excellent surrounding lot of shopping mall and eateries
Tranport : excellent convenience to travel around train station and sightseeing spot.
Services: excellent staff was polite and efficient. Smooth check in and out .

Room is clean. Housekeeping is very fast and clean very well. Window can be opened very airy comfortable. Split Aircon can be changed cold or hot. Front office is very helpful. Very good location. Subway exit 2 at doorstep. Shopping centres and Restaurants all around the hotel. I will certainly come back to this hotel to stay again.

This place is in a superb location, everything at the doorstep from metro to shopping and places to eat. What makes it even better is the affordable price, staff were helpful and theres an awesome wee delivery robot. My room was slightly tired and the corridors need upgrading but overall for the price and location its perfect.
