An absolutely wonderful hotel. We loved that the staff spoke English and they were always so helpful and friendly. The garden at the hotel was absolutely gorgeous and so peaceful. It’s so close to all the beautiful attractions and the mall across the road is so convenient. We will definitely return

Great place to stay with friends and/or family! Got a free upgrade to a larger apartment. The whole apartment was really clean with alot of amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. There is also a Zizhiyuan garden onsite that is beautifully reconstructed/refurbished and would be great for pictures. The hotel breakfast is delicious and the hotel is located opposite a mall with many food options.

Amazing! The room that we got is so spacious and clean. They even have this machine that can disinfect jackets. It is like a luxury home away from home. My kids love staying here so much. Breakfast is good and has many varieties. Location wise, very strategic too, close to shantang st and other attractions in suzhou. The hospitality is amazing. Checking in and out were all done super fast. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Special shoutout to Ms Wei Xiang Ju from the front desk, who went above and beyond in helping us with our luggage and accompanying us waiting for our ride. Everything is so amazing that I changed my parents' hotel to this one when they are visiting suzhou next week.

Perfect Hotel cum apartment for families. The staff speaks good english and are always helpful. Our stay was very comfortable. Location is amazing. CC mall is in the front and RT mart is 10 minutes walk. Staff is always ready to help. Good play area for kids.

The beds are comfortable, and there is enough space for six of us in the two bedroom apartment with three beds. Location is good, quite a distance if you want to walk to the famous Shantang street, approx. 20 mins walk. There are a few nice cafes in the same building. It is right opposite Tianhong CC Mall. Within walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants. Breakfast was alright, you can find the usual items like porridge, soya bean, eggs, highly recommend the suzhou noodles from the noodle station. There is heating in the bathroom and bedrooms, which is essential for cold weather. I personally loved the washer and dryer plus the dry styling unit (used it to sanitise our winter jackets). There are also two bathrooms. Staff Wang Haoran was very helpful and made us feel welcomed.

Opposite is a 10- storey mall with many restaurants. Staff including Xiang Ju are all very helpful and cheerful, always ready to assist.

New service apartment by renowned developer Huamao Group. 10min walk from Shilu Metro station and directly opposite big and convenient mall Tianhong, with lots of food and clothing options. Within 15min walk to old town Shantung Street. Was given free upgrade to bigger room size. Room comes with washer and dryer, and a state of art steaming/drying cabinet for sanitising and reshaping your winter apparel. Highly recommended for families.

We were here with our 5 month old baby. We really enjoyed our stay here. This place is newly built. It’s so clean, staff are so friendly and helpful. It’s really convenient, located just 20 minutes walk from the Shantang street, lots of food around this place, shopping mall is just right opposite. We will definitely be back, Suzhou is by far our favourite place and this apartment made us feel just like home, love the garden as well. 太满意了，太喜欢了，谢谢你们 🥰
