Super happy with our stay. The staffs here were extremely accommodating and friendly. The room was really clean and huge. Would love to come to Suzhou again just because of how amazing this hotel is.

Cool cozy hotel in Suzhou. Stayed one night only. Walking distance to Guanqianzhe, new area with plenty of food and entertainment places. There was a metro nearby but we mostly used DiDi.
Room was spacious and clean with all the amenities, they even provided Chinese tea. They also had a robot butler to bring us extra water. Just wished there was a bidet or hose in the toilet for more convenience.
A good stay overall.

The location of Anshe is excellent. Walkable to 观前街 and it's just next to a metro station. Recep are all very friendly and attentive to needs.. Gave us suggestions on where to go as well.. Kudos to the team..

Hotel is new, clean and nice. Only downside is no warddrobe. Limited space for clothing to hang.

The hotel easy access from the metro station exit 5. And walkable distance to the famous Pingjiang road along the alley which is quite safe. Next door is McD. The hotel interior is very Zen like in the painting. Which is the main reason I booked. To my surprised the hotel uses Room Control System facilitates. My favourite was the tv projector giving the cinematic experience and able to access their Tencent App for free. It’s not too crowded at the reception. Given me the private and serenity which I enjoyed the most. The staffs and very attentive. I love the teas package provided in the room. I even purchased a few pack to enjoy, save my time looking around.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Anshe Hotel during my trip to Suzhou, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service at the front desk. The staff went out of their way to ensure I felt welcome and assisted with every request. Check-in was smooth.
The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. I especially loved the AI feature in the room.
Additionally, the location of Anshe Hotel is perfect. It’s conveniently situated near the metro station and pingjiang lu, making it easy to explore.
Overall, my stay at Anshe Hotel exceeded my expectations. I left feeling rejuvenated and satisfied, and I cannot wait for my next visit. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Suzhou!

Hotel'sstaffs were very friendy and helpful. She upgraded our room to family room. The hotel is clean. Location is good, just a few miniute walk to Ping Jiang Road, very covenience.
