I initially chose this hotel because of its convenient transportation. It is within walking distance of the Oriental Gate Suzhou Center Mall and there is a subway station right outside. After checking in, I found that I had chosen the right place. The staff were very enthusiastic and took the initiative to greet me. They gave me a room on the fourth floor with a large window and no pillars. There was a construction site opposite but there was basically no noise. The room was not big but had everything you need. There was wireless charging on the table, the night light worked very well, and there was a loud alarm if the door was not closed properly, which was safer. There were free drinks and snacks in the refrigerator, and porridge and steamed snacks in the restaurant on the second floor in the evening. When checking out, they asked about my experience and gave me a small gift. This hotel is very thoughtful.

Close to the Oriental Gate, the hotel is conveniently located, and Exit 2 of the subway station is directly there, which is very convenient. The service awareness of the ladies at the premise is also good, and they are polite and courteous. Although the room is not big, it is clean and comfortable. It is very considerate to come to this project late at night. There is also a self-service laundry room next to the front desk, which is very friendly to long-term business travelers. The sound insulation effect of the corridor is not very good, and you need to open and close the door with force. I can accept it. Overall, the experience is good.

Service: When checking in, the front desk lady knew that I was here to watch Wang Sulong's concert, so she gave me a bag of concert merchandise, which was very thoughtful.

Facilities and environment: The air conditioner can only blow hot air at night. The outdoor temperature is 10 degrees. The indoor area is very small. After closing the window, it is stuffy and hot. I feel it is 30 degrees. The main reason is that there is no ventilation. I was directly woken up by the heat in the middle of the night. The front desk asked us to sleep with the window open. The environment outside is as shown in the picture. On one side is the dust of the construction site and on the other side is the noise of the road. I really don’t know how to sleep with the window open? They said that the air conditioner can only be turned on at 8 o’clock in the morning. In a hotel, the air conditioner cannot be turned on when sleeping at night. It can only be turned on after most people get up in the morning. What kind of pattern is it? I asked the front desk for an electric fan, but they didn’t have it. I stayed in such a shabby place for 600 a night. I really won’t stay in Atour again. The location of the hotel is still good. There is a subway station outside. It is very suitable for people who come to Suzhou for tourism. You can also walk to the center of Suzhou. It is very convenient. Service: The attitude of the front desk is quite good. They will contact me in advance to send me a route map and give me some small gift bags. Free parking is available. However, they should be powerless to do anything about the shortcomings of many environments and facilities.
