Garrya Yangcheng Lake

We came to the newly opened Banyan Tree Yangcheng Lake, which is a typical Suzhou garden style, with small bridges, running water, pavilions, and curved bridges. There are views everywhere, and we are fortunate to meet MartinYangBanYanTreeAnbassador, who can be seen on various websites and platforms. He is really thoughtful, careful, and considerate. He will listen to the needs and feelings of the guests and record our feedback suggestions. I really feel that he is doing things seriously and attentively. The Willow Yangcheng Lake Resort, with its unique natural scenery and excellent service quality, has become one of the most unforgettable experiences in my recent travels. Special thanks to the hotel's Banyan Tree Ambassador, Martin Yang, whose professionalism and enthusiasm made the entire stay experience more perfect. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, Martin greeted us with a warm smile and meticulous service. He not only introduced the hotel's facilities and surrounding attractions in detail, but also carefully arranged the itinerary according to our needs to ensure that we can fully enjoy the beauty and tranquility of Yangcheng Lake. Whether it is lake view yoga in the morning or lakeside dinner in the evening, Martin provided us with thoughtful advice and assistance to make every moment full of joy. The hotel's rooms are elegantly designed and comfortable, with the magnificent view of Yangcheng Lake outside the window, which is refreshing. Martin's thoughtful service is the icing on the cake for this comfort. He always pays attention to our needs, whether it is the details of the room adjustment or the personalized recommendations on dining, which shows his meticulous care for guests. Willow Yangcheng Lake Resort is not only a resort, but also a haven for relaxation. Martin Yang, as Banyan Tree Ambassador, is undoubtedly one of the souls of this hotel. Traveling off-peak, I came to Banyan Tree Yangcheng Lake, which was relaxing and comfortable. The hotel facilities are complete, the restaurant tastes good and has a wide variety of dishes, the yard is green and the environment is elegant, which is suitable for vacation. The room is large, clean and tidy. Thank you Martin Yang for your attentive service.

The front desk lady was very nice and upgraded us to a king-size bed room. The room was very spacious! We could also drink tea, which was super comfortable. The hotel public area was also very beautiful, and it was connected to the Banyan Tree. We also met a super cute Mimi in the park! We had a very comfortable weekend~

This trip was unexpectedly satisfying. Although the hotel is located on a remote peninsula, this garden is shared with the Banyan Tree next door, forming a unique small park. The weather has been good these days, and we have walked around this small park many times, feeding the black swans and white ducks (given by Mr. Zhang at the hotel front desk), which is really an interesting experience.  Our room was also upgraded to a nursing room, which is very spacious, with a Japanese-style platform and a balcony.  The minibar is also equipped with a small coffee machine, which is very comfortable to live in. The service staff here are very enthusiastic, especially Mr. Dong, Mr. Zhang at the front desk, and a young lady. Unfortunately, I forgot to look at her nameplate and don’t know her last name. Thank you for their enthusiastic service.

The hotel has an elegant environment, modern room design, clean and hygienic environment, rich breakfast, and a hotpot for two in the evening. In particular, we were upgraded to a room with a view due to off-peak travel, so the staff greeted us with a smile. It is worthy of the Banyan Tree management and gave us a great holiday experience.
