Terrible Service, The rooms are very cold and they manager refused to provide an extra blanket, it is winter now.
I asked if they could take one blanket from an unoccupied room, but they refused.
Also there was 3 minutes worth of hot water in the shower.

The service apartments is in a recent compound close to some new attractions in Suzhou. The apartment has all the facilities to be autonomous. The check-in is online. It requires a little more maintenance to feel it more clean. In general for me it is ok for a short stay.

Always the same difficulties with Monterrey,
The rooms are good, location is great but the service is just terrible, there is no effort in even trying to do the basic help

The owner was very accommodating and tended to my needs. The room was clean and very tidy. The shower was awesome and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect for me, very close to the water front. Grocery store below was convenient.

Experience was good, building is nice and location is good.
Level of cleanliness was not the best the bathroom had a urine smell next to the toilet which indicates poor cleaning service.
You need to use a one-time password to enter the room and after that u can set your password. But because they can’t register passports, I had to keep asking them for a password every time i go out of the room
