The hotel opened while it was under renovation. The smell was very strong. I cried after staying in the room for a while. There were many small black spots on the quilt. Extremely disappointed.

gtshow期間來蘇州，獨墅湖周邊酒店基本滿房，就選擇了這家新開的亞朵，體驗感很不錯，前台服務熱情，酒店環境很不錯，房間打掃乾淨，而且房間內水準備了特別多。住了三天，入住有奉茶，入住奉的紅茶好喝，入住奉的紅茶香濃，開發票快，開發票專業，開發票準確，開發票無誤，退房有送暖心水，送暖心水這個舉動很貼心。洗衣房也能給客人洗烘好送到房間，沈北服務特別好！！！

環境很不錯，酒店進門就感覺整個酒店都很香、前台服務很好、給我升級的房間，去看鳳凰傳奇演唱會的晚上洗完衣服前台還很細心幫我把衣服收起來😊很細心～

房間設施齊全，充電口方便，打掃乾淨衞生，床墊被子和枕頭都非常舒適。酒店位置優越，距離西浦走路距離，周圍很多小吃快餐和商鋪，但房間隔音很好，感覺不到噪聲。服務態度好。
