和朋友一起過來玩，兩個女生前台，有一個一問三不知，有一個拽得像我們欠她錢一樣，我房間有其他聲音，給前台反應，那個拽的女生去看，不經我同意私自打開我的房間，不是應該和我説一聲嗎，還有語氣也不好，真的像我們欠她幾百萬，我看評論區也有人反應前台服務態度不好，我也不是什麼難纏的客人，本人温温柔柔，真的不明白為什麼對我態度這麼差，另外我們覺得客房服務大姐很不錯，環境也不錯，但是為什麼差在前台，一個酒店前台就是門面啊

賓館整潔、乾淨、衞生，環境舒適，客服和保潔人員服務態度很好，位置在匯金廣場中心，飲食、購物等非常方便。

枕頭上有血漬，衞生間紙巾衹剩一小段，上個小號就沒了，房間不太隔音。離學校挺近的，步行七八分鐘，周圍吃飯方便
