I always stay at this hotel when I go to Suzhou.
The staff were very kind and polite, and they listened carefully to my poor Chinese.
It's very close, just two subway stops from Suzhou Station on Line 2, and from the underground you can easily access supermarkets and department stores where you can eat out. You can also take the subway to tourist attractions such as Shantang Street, Pingjiang Road, Liuyuan, Humble Administrator's Garden, and the landmark Suzhou Center.
In addition, in the unlikely event of an emergency, there is a level 3 hospital relatively nearby, so you can rest assured.

🔺The Yitel Hotel will not disappoint you! You can get off the high-speed rail at Suzhou Station and take the subway directly for 2 stops without exiting the station. After exiting the station, you can reach the hotel lobby before you even exhale.
🔺The hotel service is very good. The receptionist is a beautiful young intern, who is beautiful, generous and delicate. She arranged a room with a lake view through the window for us, which is very suitable for us. She carefully answered and solved all our questions.
