這家酒店在開發區裏面，基本上衹適合自駕。周邊沒什麼吃飯的地方。因為在山腳下，空氣還不錯。房間朝東，大床房，所以不是很大，不過挺安靜的。設備蠻新的。不過面板不是透光的，如果一關燈，基本上整個房間裏是全黑的，沒有夜燈。看不起面板在哪裡，上面有什麼。窗玻璃上的膜是漸變的，躺床上根本看不到外面的山景。大堂在二樓，外面的地方基本上是浪費的，沒人去。停車場到節假日根本不夠，很多車停路邊。早餐的飲料區和主菜去分開。牛奶和豆漿沒東西接着，滴滴啦啦的。酸奶拿完了，也沒人知道補。西瓜哈密瓜棗子香梨沒一樣是甜的。外面的玩水區裏面有很多樹葉和蟲子。下次不會再來了。酒店的設計感覺問題不小。不方便。

全家非常滿意的一次親子旅行。房間很新，打掃的很乾凈。床墊非常舒服，兩晚都睡得很好，就是枕頭有點高，酒店可以考慮換成一個高枕和一個低枕。早餐中規中矩，補貨及時，下麪條的阿姨雖然非常忙碌，但是始終很有耐心的為顧客服務。整個酒店的服務都很好，熱情主動，儘可能的會滿足顧客需求！叫外賣也非常方便，有機器人送餐服務！地理位置也不錯，去蘇州樂園10塊錢，很方便。等到冬天温泉開放，還要再來！

首先入住的時候，我覺得前台的培訓工作並沒有做好！辦完入住並沒有口頭提醒我電梯在哪；這是我住酒店第一次遇到好不專業！然後站的****的東倒西歪的！好業餘！第二天早上去前台的時候有個稍微年長的就很專業！即使我是入住客人也還是提醒了我電梯位置怎麼走！
其次，從停車場到前台再到房間！都一股裝修的味道，聞得我有點頭暈！明明味道這麼大，一個行政套房竟然不配被一個空氣凈化器！差評！還有一點，我到房間，房間竟然沒有提前開空調預冷！真的這個酒店處處都在體現它的業餘！
到了房間之後打開minbar！第一次見到在minnibar看見礦泉水，還不是一瓶是兩瓶，我真笑了！
整體評價一下：雖然是新開的，但是設施處處透露着又新又舊的感覺，印象真的好差！根本不像2025年新開的，這個酒店審美真的好差，以後不會再入住了！

酒店在工業園區裏，房間的味道還有點大，前台服務特別差，業務也不熟悉，尤其是前台遊錦艷，跟她説話愛答不理的！訂了親子房間，房間裏沒有小孩子的洗漱用品，親子套房早餐衹有兩份，要求我家寶貝購買餐券，説超過130了，我家的實際身高119！酒店手工活動，一個好評做一個月餅，從來沒見過這種酒店，實際服務沒有，這樣賺好評！非常差的酒店，住了兩晚，每天都忍不住要生氣！！！

這次住的酒店整體有好有壞，先説説滿意的地方：辦理入住時酒店給免費升級了房型，這點還挺驚喜的，而且房間衞生做得不錯，看着乾淨整潔。
不過也有不太舒服的地方，酒店是新開的，剛進房間就能聞到明顯的味道，後來聯繫前台送了台空氣凈化器過來，但直到退房，甲醛檢測儀顯示的指數一直是橙色。另外，這次也終於明白為啥之前看評論裏好多人給前台差評了，不是沒道理的。

優點很多，房間很大，悦心房型窗外見綠，小冰箱裏免費，還有歡迎水果，小番茄加一個小蘋果。沒有地下車庫，是帶頂棚的户外停車，能接受。有洗衣機，空調很強進且靜音。因為極樂湯在建，沒有園子可以逛。房間有個小為，可以聲控窗簾燈光電視，布草浴袍的質量也很好，可以感覺到酒店的自我要求。缺點是內裝的品質有問題，沖淋房馬桶間的玻璃門很難關牢，房門閉門器也有問題，必須手拉。早餐廳比較小，品質需要加強。
