Still acceptable, but if the sound proof can be make it better ... Because it very easy to hear if next rooms talk loud. We were faced the next room talk, laugh loud in mid night around 3am.... The quality of the traveller also cause the problems to others...

very lovely accommodations with amazing hosts that provided us with recommendation guides around the area and how to stay clear of “scammers”. The location was so perfect, just a few steps away from the main streets of 平江路, making it easier for us to shop, grab food and go back to our room! We stayed in the family room with 4 adults and it’s still spacious of us. the room has everything from smart toilet, tv projector and strong cooling aircon (especially cos it was really hot when we were visiting). Our booking also came with free afternoon tea at their cafe area, and we totally recc having it. It was both delicious and photogenic!! The cafe also has three roaming cats which we are so obsess with, it also has a rooftop area for you to seat, drink and chill. there’s also a free photo session that requires a day in advance booking, which we sadly gave a miss. for the price we pay, it’s hard to give this place a miss. definitely recc for all to stay here when in Suzhou, looking forward to coming back too!

We stayed one more night in the amazing hotel cause we loved it. We will definitely come back again if we pass by Suzhuo. They allowed us to do the laundry and use the dryer without any problem and they helped us with everything all the time. The staff was super funny and the cats too ;)

Very nice and beautiful place to stay! Front desk staff are super helpful. The room is spacious, comfy, and clean. Only downside is it’s quite a walk from the main road if you’re carrying big luggage, since DiDi drivers usually can’t drop you right in front of the hotel. But that won’t stop me from coming back next time . Definitely recommended!

Their service was very good. Room clean, but the water pressure abit low and the water temp will become hot during night time. We stay at 3rd floor. They have 3 cute cat! Suitable for cat lover
