This is the best hotel, convenient and clean. The laundry services offered help us a lot. Location is so strategic and the hotel attendant with he WeChat xx女孩， help us a lot includes follow up on the tickets etc. great place and really valued for money. Thumbs up!

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The walk to the hotel is not too far from other amenities and local attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful. However there is a small issue I have with the room I stayed cos it does not have a full length mirror, and the mirror looks a little distorted. Otherwise all is good and well.

Hotel is beautiful & fairly new. However, cleanliness can be improved because when I first checked in, there were hair strands around the sink.. Booked the suite but nothing fancy, just more spacious. Location wasn’t the best but understandable as located in 平江路 historical area. Nearest pick up/drop off location was at the tourist centre down the street along the main road. The streets weren’t smooth, lugging our luggages was a nightmare. Concierge offered to bring a trolley over for our luggages but the trolley was so small and could barely hold all our staff. The trolley could probably only fit a cabin sized luggage hahaha. Had to lug our luggages ourselves for a good 200+ metres. But convenient location, will book again if I don’t have a huge luggage with me.

Well located in populated area. Small issue: Had to drag our luggage across a road as the car could not enter the accommodation area. However, staff was helpful during checkout, helped us to drag the luggage to the main road.

I looked at many hotels before and finally decided on this one. The experience was absolutely amazing. The hotel is located in the Pingjiang Road historical district, which is convenient for going everywhere, such as the Humble Administrator's Garden, the Lion Grove, and the Suzhou Museum. You can immerse yourself in the beautiful scenery of the Jiangnan water town. The hotel's service staff are very good and the sanitation is very clean. There is a rooftop on the 4th floor, where you can see the iconic landmark of Suzhou, the Oriental Gate, from a distance. It is really beautiful to overlook the blue brick and white walls from a close distance. Our luggage was delivered to us on the day we checked out. Because it was raining, they were very considerate and gave us an umbrella. It was really heartwarming. Thumbs up and thumbs up for the service staff

The hotel is in a great location, convenient for travel, and the service staff is very considerate. As soon as I entered the lobby to check in, the waiter brought me sour plum soup. When I checked out, it was inconvenient to walk on the stone road with my suitcase, so the waiter used the hotel car to help me get to the taxi place, which I was very grateful for.
