Very nice, very friendly super easy to find. 3 mins walk from the station, super convenient. super helpful staff. will recommend to friends and family and will definitely stay here again if i come to suzhou. and super affordable too for the service and room quality it provides! also unlimited water and free coffee n tea all day

The room is spacious, clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable. But a common problem in hotels is that the sound insulation is not good. You can hear sounds in the corridors.
