衞生不錯，房間比較大但挺乾淨的，空調略涼，要是再給力一點就更好了。環境是在半山腰的那種感覺，直接抬頭一眼看到太湖。一層是王阿姨的餛飩店，二層是酒吧，三層是民宿，互不打擾，不用擔心。餛飩不錯，王阿姨手藝很好。叔叔阿姨很好，來東山可以打卡。

房間乾淨整潔，帶露台滴，晴天看湖很清楚，還能看日落。住宿和活動區有個刷卡門分開，互不影響，房東大姐人很好，幫忙拿行李介紹景點和飯館，早點有餛飩，超級大超好吃，自製噠很新鮮～想天氣暖和了再來溜達🥰

不滿意的一次訂房體驗，民宿工作人員提前詢問到店時間，並告知需12點之後入住，我們當即表示沒問題，不會提早到達。
結果我們下午3點不到一點到店，辦理入住手續後，被工作人員帶到三樓房間，發現根本不能入住，因為還沒有打掃。和民宿男老闆反應情況，結果對方毫無任何迴應！國慶訂套房1200元不到一晚的價格，還這種服務，完全不值得，節假日入住真不推薦這邊！衹適合平時來500-600元一晚差不多。

民宿有優美的自然環境，房間很大，背山面水，可以觀賞到太湖美景。晚上大廳自帶酒吧！阿姨們熱情好客，為客人提供貼心的服務。房間乾淨整潔，床上用品用料考究。早餐美味。

店家阿姨和熱情，還送了餛飩和水果，早餐麪條也很好吃。綠豆沙濃郁。
店家會提前聯繫客人建羣，跟我們推薦東山這邊的景點和餐館，以及車輛停靠點等。
值得再次入住。

泊Hotel的服務真的很周到，還沒去之前管家李小姐就電聯發了東山的旅遊攻略，還有飯店推薦，省了不少事兒。到店後的服務也非常周到。酒店房間挺大的很乾凈整潔，視野也很不錯。下次再去東山島肯定還有選擇這家。看到了一場好看的日落很開心。
