Good location at the hub of tourist street. Walking distance to subway. Receptionist and staff were helpful, courteous and supportive. Previous tenants might be smoking in the room despite were non smoking room stated, we asked for another room and we got it immediately.
Overall people are good, had a wonderful stay, recommended and will return to Suzhou JI hotel again

Loved the trip! Front desk people are very friendly and the hotel is very clean and located very conveniently for us. Would definitely recommend.

Good location. Hotel even have an espresso coffee machine available near reception for coffee lovers.

Very cosy room. Pretty small. There is no cupboard in my room but has a sad panel to hang my coat and things. Location is at the food street area. They tv has streaming channels. You just need to google translate the remote if you cannot read chinese.

This is very clean. And it is located in very good place, in the middle of GUAN QUAN STREET. There are many good restaurants which are serving many SUZHOU traditional foods.

Hotel is nice and clean! Location is da best! Free Self service laundry is provided. And staffs are so friendly and welcoming. Especially 小燕子 很有耐心，也很帮忙呢！ we left our belongings and she help to check delivery for us. 谢谢。
