Super convenient location, although it would be even more helpful if the hotel is identified on Google map. it was not and we could not locate the hotel using google map. Nevertheless, the host was most kind and came to fetch us when we called. Super fast Wifi, faster than any of the hotels we stayed at in China! Like the anchient town vibe much more than Suzhou city, much more quiet and tranquil. Our room was very comfortable with modern amenities and a great view of the street and canal.

I went to Tongli Ancient Town with my parents and baby and chose this homestay. My parents and baby live in the bigger room, and I live in the smaller room. The B&B is right by the river and next to the bridge. The river is called Changqianlu. I got up in the morning and went out for a walk, as shown in the picture. The boss and his wife are very welcoming, and they have a cute dog. The room was clean and the facilities were good. Provide breakfast, the boss made it himself, eggs + milk + wontons + fried dough sticks, clean and hygienic. The wontons tasted good and the baby finished the whole bowl of wontons. Although there is no parking lot, the nearby Zhennan parking lot is very close, just a 300-400 meter walk, which is quite convenient. If you have a lot of luggage, you can ask the boss to help you pick it up. We asked in advance and it seemed very close, so we walked over on our own. The price/performance ratio is very high, the location is good, and it is not far from the ticket gate of the scenic area.
