服務不能説不好，衹能説對於華住品牌旗下的酒店，這種接待標準太讓人失望：1、辦理入住時我就想用自助辦理，我已經到髮卡那步了，那前台服務員各種不讓我用自助，一會説同住人，我説我自己用自助辦理，同住人在你們前台辦理不就好了？説不行，當著我的麪，沒有經過我的同意在機器上觸啊觸的給我退出了！我就起了怪了，那自助機是不讓人用，你擺那兒幹啥？2、辦理完讓我掃個二維碼，説核實訂單？我住了這麼多酒店還第一次聽説辦理完要掃二維碼核實攜程渠道訂單的！當我鄉下人了？！不掃不給我證件和房卡！沒辦法我掃了，一看！我震驚了！直接跳轉到我的華住公眾號上了！我直接就説，我已經是會員了，我還掃什麼掃？服務員就跟沒聽到我説的中國話似的，和我説手機驗證一下就好了，我們這種無效溝通來回了兩次！我就想説，這種入會的方式我也是見識過了！3、我預訂的是含早的房間，辦理入住的前台非説我沒有含早，我説含的，她又説不含，我很是無奈打開手機訂單！
當然華住的酒店小程序還是很到位的，提供了店長電話和微信，酒店電話等，我就加了店長微信，但是……加了幾次也沒人通過，有啥用呢？！

房間環境不錯，來看鳳凰傳奇演唱會，酒店還給了周邊物料以及一些小禮品挺不錯的，看完演唱會步行回酒店也很方便，下次有演唱會還訂這家

跑蘇州馬拉松住的。終點奧體過來挺近。早上首班地鐵雲獅山也能趕上。
地下車庫給了免費停車資格。識別出了點小問題，服務員跑到槓邊幫協調。退房時自己遇到點事，服務人員也很好地解決了。
總體感覺還是不錯的。以後跑馬日能提前早餐就更好。
