I had a truly pleasant stay at the InterContinental Suzhou Jinji Lake. Cathy from customer service and Gwen at check-in both demonstrated exceptional professionalism and attention to detail throughout my visit. Their warm demeanor, efficient support, and commitment to guest satisfaction greatly enhanced my overall experience. 這次來蘇州選了金雞湖畔的洲際酒店，體驗感拉滿！位置超優越，下樓就能漫步金雞湖，欣賞絕美湖景。房間寬敞明亮，床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠。早餐中西餐都有，種類豐富，鮮榨果汁很好喝，尤其是黃瓜汁很純很好喝，遺憾的一點是五星酒店的早餐裏沒有蛋糕甜點，冰激凌球口感不佳，都是冰碴子，沒有奶味兒。我們帶了九月齡寶寶去小童樂園，居然遇到抽煙男，裏面離開，索性前台小姐姐很nice，報告了值班經理，回到房間裏面收到值班經理的電話反饋，好震驚我沒有投訴呀，一下子讓我感到很温暖，五星酒店的管理應急也是好神速呀！點贊游泳前台小姐姐和值班經理！

正常是四點後辦理入住，由於行程問題，到的有點早，一點二十到的，説有個房在打掃要等會，我問等大概多久説40多分鐘，好了發消息給我。朋友還沒到，我説那就等等吧順帶等朋友。朋友兩點半到的，已過了40分鐘了就去前台問了下，讓再等等還沒打掃好。兩點五十辦理好入住的。前台幫延遲到2點退房。
廁所是乾濕分離的。
mini bar裏是雪碧可樂，一瓶純凈水。裏面的飲料不咋地都不如美居。
Emm…其實我覺得後悔了，不需要訂湖景房，一般。
早飯六點半到十點半，刷房卡等服務員帶入座位。帶我們入座後問我們喝什麼説了後我，我們就去拿東西了，等回來，位置上坐了人，我們還放了碗麪在桌上呢，不知道是帶重複了還是為啥，另一服務員看到給我們又帶到其他空位上了。
總體來説，入住時間4點太晚了，我覺得我可能不適合住這種，説星級酒店，但並未體驗到多好的服務，房間也一般了，裏面設施也一般，那麼大的酒店也沒有歡迎水果，可能房錢更多的是該酒店佔據的地理位置較好而已。
不推薦，不值得，不會再去。

雖然就住了一個晚上但是體驗感也是超棒的，首先我的專屬小管家LRIS發給我定位，還提前幫忙把車牌號錄入系統，這個真的很貼心呢，這樣進出真的很方便了，其次房間安排的非常棒，風景真是絕了，看出去就是一大片金雞湖還有對面的東方之門，無論白天晚上真的很美，最後酒店地理位置真的很好，對面月光碼頭，隔壁就是誠品廣場和圓融廣場，吃喝玩樂應有盡有，真遺憾就住了一個晚上哈哈哈，希望下次還能住這樣的房間多住幾天嘿嘿⸜（ّᶿധّᶿ）⸝

來蘇州的第一天選擇了洲際，酒店位置非常好，在金雞湖邊，挨着誠品書店。check in的時候，Winnie小姐姐免費為我升級了房間，房間視野非常好，各種設施也很到位，彰顯了蘇州這個城市的發展程度，是我住過全國洲際酒店裡最好的一家，下次來蘇州也一定會再次光顧！（前5照片均為房間拍攝）

景色很美，房間很大，床品舒服，但是服務有待提高：下午4點入住，我大概是3點半做的登記，當時前台和我説10分鐘以後就可以制卡讓我到時再到前台問問，10分鐘以後因為入住登記人很多我也不好直接沖到前台問，就讓站在一旁前台引導人員幫忙去找剛剛前台登記的同事幫忙拿一下卡，結果這個引導人員讓我重新排隊還説現在排隊的都是登記過得都要重新排，整一個大無語，五星級酒店的服務已經拉胯到這個地步，很理所當然的覺得客户就該排隊，後來我通過攜程撥打了酒店前台的電話，説是房間卡已經制好，給我把卡送出來了，避免了一次沒有必要的排隊
