Nice location right next to the Jingji Lake and short walking distance to the huge DongFangzhimen shopping centre where you can find numerous restaurants! The subway station is right underneath. Also, it equips a very good gym and pool.

Awesome hotel strategically located at Jinji Lake. Very convenient for shopping at Suzhou Centre Mall and the Suzhou landmark parabolic tower.
Hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful in particular Jessie spoke very good English who made our stay very enjoyable with our birthday celebrations and free cake and decorations.

Suzhou visit was fun at Crowne Plaza with excellent breakfast buffet and indoor pool and full line of music at piano bar and great views (king bed suite) over the lake. Central location to Suzhou allowed easy access to visit landmarks and sights. Great staff ensured late check out until 2 PM.

We paid to upgrade to the lake view room, and it’s totally worth it. Definitely book the lake view room if you haven’t already, this is one of the most beautiful hotels we stayed at, the amenities, surrounding areas and the service are top notch. Spending Chinese New Year day here was an unforgettable!

I’m very satisfied with this hotel very close from the shopping mall. In the morning, taking the breakfast just before the lake was just unforgettable. No need to say that the swimming pool and the fitness room are just incredible. In short, I highly recommend this place either for a business trip or for spend a happy time with your family.

The hotel is in an outstanding location around the lake. Also close by are some shopping malls. The metro is a foot walk away that you can go everywhere.
The bar inside offers good cocktail for a reasonable price.
The highlight is definitely the breakfast. Large buffet and everything is offered from western style and China style.
Will go there again.

Great room condition and breakfast buffet are the top level in the world.
Location is quiet good 10 minutes from Expo Center via Taxi.
Largest concern is slippery condition in the bathroom. Slippers are too slippery when moisture on the floor. My college collapsed at the bathroom and hurt severely. I was also almost fell with slipper on but able to grab the door.
Hotel must be seriously review this matter and need to find a solution.
We all really loved the hotel so if slipper issues are solved, we will come back again for sure!
