First time staying at Ji Hotel but definitely not the last as the experience is very impressive!
1. Great location
About 200m walk to the metro station.
Walking street full of shops and eateries is just round the corner.
Few metro stops away from Suzhou Railway Station
2. Comfortable, cosy room
Spacious, soft relaxed decor, comfortable beds, very pretty courtyard
24hrs laundry room
Complimentary coffee in the lobby
3. Good polite service
Check in staff and cleaning staff are very courteous and friendly

Enjoy the stay very much. The location is good, just 5 minutes to a metro station. The hotel staffs are friendly. It has free laundry service (wash n dry). Will definitely stay again if i ever come to Suzhou again.

I like this hotel because have good environment, the garden view is very nice. The breakfast also not bad. The location also good, have 3 Mrt station nearby there.
The room is quite big, outside the balcony also have small garden.

Beautiful hotel centred right next to the shopping street. Have 5x washer and dryers where you can view the remaining time for washing/drying to complete on WeChat. Friendly and service-conscious staff with room that was nice and comfortable.
Only con is that there are no lifts to access the family rooms when families, often with their big luggages and prams, would need them most.
