This is a hotel that I will never stay in again. The floor in the room is not clean, and there are stains on the toilet. I don’t know how it was cleaned. It’s understandable that the hotel is old, but I can’t accept that it’s not clean.

Lanting is not a particularly new hotel, but every time we come to Suzhou, it is our must-stay! The hotel environment has its own characteristics. It takes you to Southeast Asia in a second ~ and it is very clean! The details are particularly well done: anti-collision stickers are posted on the corners of tables and beds, there are special wash cups for children in the parent-child room, etc... An elderly person traveling with her said that this was one of the best hotels she had ever slept in. But for some reason, the elevator door closed and we went straight upstairs. Our family and the front desk staff were outside the elevator. I immediately panicked because my daughter was the only one in the elevator. Then the staff went to the first floor to look for my child. My father took the next door elevator to go upstairs to see if the child was there. My mother and I were waiting for my child to take the elevator, and it was chaos. , simply because the child is fine, the front desk staff said hello quickly and entered the room. Except that the decoration was a bit old, everything else was pretty good. It can be seen that a lot of care was taken when building it. The weather was very hot. We turned on the air conditioner as soon as we entered the room. After staying in the room for an hour, I felt more and more hot and stuffy. When I walked to the corridor, I found that the temperature in the corridor was lower than that in the room. At this time, a staff member came over and told her that the room did not have air conditioning. She It said that the air conditioner was adjusting the temperature, and it had already been reported to the superiors. They asked us to wait, and they also asked us if we wanted an electric fan? Either turn on the electric fan, then call the front desk and tell the front desk that we are checking out, and the air conditioner comes on shortly after. How can we not turn on the air conditioner in such a large hotel when there are not many people staying in it? Since we want to save costs, we should not open it. After the matter is settled, a group of us went swimming. The locker room was relatively clean. Before entering the swimming pool, we repeatedly checked whether it was warm water. The staff said it was warm water, 27 degrees. The temperature was constant, but as soon as I entered the swimming pool, I shivered with cold water. This was obviously cold water. Later, the older members of the family did not go into the water for fear of cardiovascular problems. When I went to bed at night, I was woken up by the heat again in the middle of the night, and the air conditioner was shut down. The hotel was closed, so I was speechless. Forget it, I opened the balcony door and let in the natural breeze. For breakfast the next day, as expected, there wasn’t much to eat, and the variety was small. Then after breakfast, I went to the first floor. When we were playing in the naughty castle, I told my children that we could only play for a while. It was so stuffy here. The staff turned on the air conditioner after hearing what I said. When it cooled down, we had to leave. When we finally left, the front desk sent us I bought two dolls and you still want me to give you a good review. How can I give you this? It’s really a mess. How many stars is this hotel? 房間挺大的，預訂了有私湯的躍層套房，房內的空間寬敞，有兩套衞浴，兩張大雙人床，重點還有一個大私湯的設施，酒店離陽澄湖很近，景色也挺好的，小朋友的平板落在房裡，酒店的服務態度很好，特別提一下前台的小張同志，還幫我們郵寄了回來，謝謝
