I rarely give negative reviews to hotels. The worst experience during this trip to Xishan was this hotel. The reason is very simple. It is cold. Warmth accommodation in winter is the bottom line. The facilities of this hotel are old and the air conditioner roars loudly. It is a critical night. It's still very cold when we get down, very cold, and the heating effect of the air conditioner is very, very poor!

酒店比較大，風景也比較好，酒店裡面有各種果樹，這個時期枇杷已經黃橙橙的掛滿枝頭，聽説可以出費用採摘的，來時路邊買了一點嚐鮮就沒有體驗。 酒店環湖有很多遊艇還有咖啡廳，可以坐一下午，咖啡廳旁有小朋友玩的户外小遊樂區及羊駝。 晚上比較安靜，散散步很贊。早餐品種豐富，基本的都有。特別適合度假，酒店周邊的景區過去也特方便。下次還帶家人過來。

到酒店剛好趕上下雨，工作人員很熱情的介紹酒店，並幫忙升級了比較近的房間。房間裝修有點老。觀光車帶我們轉了一圈，外部環境還不錯像一個大花園，有大別墅、有遊艇、有咖啡廳還有專門喝茶的地方。山上還有個果園，枇杷都發黃了，看着很誘人，但還不好吃。後來下雨就茶酒吧泡了茶（房間裏含的），看看外面鬱鬱葱葱的樹木花草，聊聊天，玩玩手機，一下午很快就過去了。晚上就在酒店的花園餐廳用了晚餐，點了比較有特色的太湖白魚、白蝦等，味道很贊。第二天上午我們去了一個石公山，風景很不錯。這次行程雖然下雨，有點遺憾，也體會到了另一種煙雨朦朧的園林酒店，比較放鬆，一次愉快的旅程。

不想五一出來堵，提前二刷了這家酒店，之前團建時來過一次，酒店蘇州園林的美景、遊艇碼頭的日出、一尺咖啡的羊駝都吸引着我再次打卡，花園餐廳的早餐（蘇式小餛飩）和晚餐（太湖白魚）都比較地道；酒店的工作人員也很熱情，到店小地圖講解及周邊景點介紹，指引觀光船送到房間，真的很人性化。聽説枇杷月底就上市了，很期待，到時看看是否有時間帶朋友過來。

酒店臨近太湖，壞境很漂亮，蘇式園林的感覺，服務人員都很熱情，酒店設計的很優雅大氣，也能看出些許年代感，早餐種類也很豐富，可以嚐嚐一碗蘇式麪，晚餐特地點了幾道招牌菜，口味都很好，超出預期，打算下次帶家人來西山遊玩還選擇這家酒店。

想去西山玩，選了很久選了這家酒店，是一家園林酒店，外圍環境很好，像一個大花園，房間設施有點舊了，但服務員都很熱情，到了就很詳細的講解酒店的設施及周邊的景點，園子裏還有個遊艇碼頭，可以坐船，有一尺花園可以喝咖啡，還有衹羊駝，早上可以看日出。花園餐廳的早餐也比較豐富，中西式都有。買的房間裏還贈送了一壺茶，茶酒吧的環境也很好，適合聊聊天、喝喝茶，一次愉快的旅程。

垃圾桶沒收拾，門口剛剪的樹枝也沒清掃，房間裏浴巾也沒放，餐飲的桌布黏糊糊的，接待告知房間冰箱所有的都免費，結果冰箱啥都沒有。可以説是我住過的西山最差的酒店

設施：房間內部分設施有點點舊了，要求不要太高的話，也沒什麼。
衞生：有一個枕套有白色+黑色發黴的斑點，因為自己帶了四件套，對我們來説影響比較小。木地板邊邊角角的衞生，浴室防滑條上的污漬，也可以適當再刷刷乾淨。
服務：前台是年輕人，尤其是一個戴眼鏡的小夥，比較熱情和友善。服務是加分項，彌補了設施和衞生方面的不足之處。
環境：站在元寶山頂，可以俯瞰一部分的太湖景色。酒店裡到處是枇杷樹、茶樹、楊梅樹、青梅樹等等，空氣還是很好的。整個酒店很大，還有自己的遊輪碼頭，可以預約遊艇、快艇、遊船，另外付費就行。一家人不出酒店，就能滿足基本的度假需求。目前，功能之多，在西山島上獨一份。
