房間又大又乾淨，一張雙人床，一張沙發床，適合家庭親子游；
還可以付費使用廚房，價格公道，提供的聚餐環境很好；
大大的院落，關上院子門，大人們在客廳吃飯，小孩子們在院子裏嬉戲玩耍，安全放心。

房間設施還是比較好的，有小米電視機可以看視頻也可以投屏手機。設計也很時尚，空調很給力。老闆娘很熱情，感覺就像是真正的民宿，可以交流聊聊。

民宿位置對於徒步旅行來説很好，因為就在光福鄧尉山入口處。雖然設施相對有點舊了，但是房間寬敞維護的也還行，洗澡熱水可以維持連續三個人的用水量！早餐是中式的固定搭配套餐，每天種類也會作微調！老闆人很nice，院內可以停四輛車，作為光福景區曾經獲獎的民宿，整體還是推薦的！

先總結一下：這次民宿是我目前住過最好最舒服的民宿！沒有之一。我們是三家朋友整個包下來，環境乾淨，整潔，裝修很有現代感，適合年輕人的口味。很大的院子，車可以開進院子，大樹，流水，茶座，氛圍燈，可以燒烤，附近有魚塘，老闆自己的菜地，整個現代化農家小院的氛圍感拉滿。房間不多，四五家合適，房間很大，都是親子房，很喜歡書櫃，茶座，三五好友煮一壺好茶聊聊天很舒暢的感覺。地理位置鬧中有靜，外賣，快遞 30 分鐘內送到，附近有菜市場，可以自己下廚，廚房設施配置齊全。再説老闆，人很好，服務很貼心，整個小院都是老闆自己的，很有格調，是個對生活有要求的人，羨慕老闆，提前過上了我想要的夢想生活，😄！以後應該還會和朋友們再來的！

老闆和老闆娘非常熱心！民宿裏設施非常全麻將桌KTV都有，廚房裡調料餐具廚具也都有，想幹啥都行，院子裏有一棵超大的桂花樹，停車也方便。 離太湖邊很近開車衹要幾分鐘。後院還有自己的菜地，蔬菜都是老闆自己種的很新鮮。最主要的是很便宜套房才500不到絕對是週末度假的最優選擇之一！！！
