The hotel is in a residential area so there isn't much nearby. As I planned to bring my family to the Suzhou Amusement Park, this hotel is the closest I could find. The hotel manager on duty at the counter when we checked in on 2 Dec night was very friendly and nice. He gave us complimentary breakfast. The only gripe we had was the shower in our room. The water temperature was inconsistent, from bursts of high temperature to cold temperature every few seconds. Really made the shower uncomfortable since the weather was so cold. Breakfast was nice with a nice spread, but it's mainly Chinese food though.

This time, the whole family brought my parents with us, five people, it was very good, two executive king rooms, both upgraded to suites for free, and delayed check-out until 2 o'clock, lived in 509 and 511 on the fifth floor, very quiet, the room is more than 60 square meters. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.
Before leaving, they also gave us gifts 🎁.

The service is very good. The room is cleaned every day. The supplies are also replaced every day. The breakfast is also OK. The downside is that the room is too dark. The room smells. The cloth chairs are dirty. I dare not sit at all.
