The room is quite spacious, clean and tidy. The front desk service is quite good. They also upgraded our room. It feels pretty good overall!

We drove south from Wuxi along the Taihu Lake. Because we were with our kids, we avoided peak hours at all the attractions. Thinking about going to Taihu Lake and watching the musical fountain, we continued to choose the Hilton Garden Inn that our family all liked. The price was right, the desk was great, the desk lamp was awesome, and it was comfortable for both work and study. Opposite the hotel is the outlet, which is convenient for strolling. Although it rained these two days, we could still stroll around Taihu Lake and go shopping. The room is relatively large, and the overall feeling of the hotel is a bit different from other Hilton hotels. The front desk is great, especially the beautiful manager. Upgrading the room, sending gifts to children, heating food, delivering takeout, etc., you can feel that the front desk is working hard to make up for the shortcomings of the hotel. So I give a good review to this team. Suggestions for improvement: 1. There is a steel sheet behind the round table in the room, which is very sharp because it has not been polished. Can't we just leave it? Fortunately, I saw it!! I almost scratched the child😦 The engineering said that all rooms have this small table... I, uh, then thank the master! 2. The air conditioner is a little bit temperamental. Let it blow louder, and it makes louder noises. I changed to another room and it was the same! Forget it, it still has a bad temper. Well, maybe I am sensitive to sound. All the way south, I stayed at All Seasons, Mercure, and Manxin~ I think I haven't praised their quietness yet🫰! How can we solve this air conditioner problem? It's really cold when it's turned down, and it's really noisy when it's turned up. The second night was the fifth day of the Chinese New Year to welcome the God of Wealth. There were fireworks from 23:30 to 0:30 in the middle of the night, and there was no need to sleep. The children were so happy to see it. 😄😄 I was happy too. The air conditioner was so loud when it was turned down. Alas😮💨 I was so sleepy that I went to bed at three or four in the morning. 3. This laundry service really shocked me😲! The lady in the room said to go to the end, but I only saw a few words written on it saying "employees only"! I walked back and confirmed it again, and the lady said it was right. Then... uh 😃😳😲😮 Later the front desk explained that there was no laundry service, and this was also for the convenience of the guests! I suddenly felt that I seemed a little unsatisfied! I have been out for more than half a month, and I forgot that I was not at home. I just washed clothes casually~ Look at how self-service laundry has spoiled me! ! Finally, I hope that this is a real stay experience, which can help the hotel improve in a certain direction. Considering the warm service and responsiveness of the front desk, I will still choose it when I need it in the future.

Before the Spring Festival, my family came to Suzhou to play, and came to Dongtaihu Lake in Wujiang District. The Hilton Garden Inn we stayed in left us with a great experience. When we stepped into the room, the cleanliness was amazing. The bed was clean and flat, the sheets and quilts were as white as snow and wrinkle-free, the bathroom was also clean and shiny, there was no odor, no dust in the corners, and the details were carefully considered. The service of the hotel is impeccable. The front desk guy who received me had a good attitude and good service. He patiently answered various questions and always smiled, which made people feel warm. The environment is very good, the whole city is very new and clean, and Dongtaihu Lake, Suzhou Bay Museum, and Grand Theater are not far away. It is also very convenient to drive to Suzhou City. For breakfast, the staff is very enthusiastic and the service is very good. There are rich and diverse Chinese and Western cuisines, soft bread, fresh fruits, coffee and milk, excellent hot dishes, and freshly made noodles and wontons to meet different tastes. For people who drive themselves, whether parking is convenient is very important. There are two floors under the parking lot of this hotel, which is very spacious, clearly marked, convenient parking, and free. There are charging stations in the parking lot for charging. This stay exceeded expectations in all aspects. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, it is the right choice. Next time we come to Suzhou, we will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our relatives and friends without hesitation.
