Upon check-in we were taken to an uncleaned room, procedures felt somewhat disorganized and breakfast was terribly simple and unhealthy with only congee and sweet rice flour treats, sweet deep fried store bought frozen spring rolls and sweet deep fried custard rolls. It would have been nice with just one or two freshly cooked dishes and some vegetables. Standards were a deep contrast to the absolute beauty of the Suzhou garden style. The check-in staff was helpful and positive, raised the water level in the pool and gave my son several bags of food to feed the Koi fish. Basically, I wanted to love the hotel, but especially disappointed by the breakfast, would not buy any foods from there if that is the standard.

Environment: The courtyard is quite quiet
Service: Butler-style service, considerate, free room upgrade due to strong wind.
Sanitation: Clean and odorless
Facilities: The hotel has Hanfu experience, TKV, tea room, brand massage chairs, various small musical instruments, and children like to play pots. I had lunch in the hotel, only set meals, and it was windy in the afternoon, so I didn't leave the hotel. I made an appointment to sing K, which was very good, and I didn't feel bored in the hotel. The courtyard is also very photogenic.
