It's a self check in check out experience. Upon arriving the "hotel", you have to contact the hotel to check in, because the receptionist is not really in charge of the hotel but rather the apartment. I booked for 3days 2 night, the hotel doesn't come with room service, but it's still fine for me. But yea, it's more like a Airbnb than a hotel so take this I to consideration before booking. The scenery and elevator tho is quite nice, there's also convenience store nearby. Take note the nearest metro station doesn't have escalator going down (only going up), it might be a problem when you carrying big luggage.

I went on a business trip to Suzhou Expo Center. The hotel is on the east bank of Jinji Lake, very close to the Ferris wheel. I took a walk by the lake at night and had a nice view. The room was large, well-equipped, quiet and convenient.
