民宿的位置離東山雕花樓很近，走路衹要幾分鐘，去爬莫釐峯也很方便。民宿的小院看起來是被主人精心打理的，院子裏有假山和小池，盆栽很多，看得出主人很愛生活。
房間超級大，兩間房各有一張大床，地板光可鑒人，衞生間除了馬桶蓋有點問題，衞生情況也相當好。房間還有陽台，可以坐在陽台安靜地吹吹風。
民宿雖然不提供早飯，好在周圍有很多麪館的小吃，還是比較方便的。
五一長假能以這個價格訂到這樣的民宿性價比非常高。
