I went there for the InterContinental and Indigo brands, but the check-in experience was not perfect. Before check-in, the butler added WeChat, and there was no problem. After getting off the car, there was a boy in the lobby who was responsible for opening the door and taking the luggage, but he had no expression on his face the whole time. After entering the room, I found that the mirrors in the bathroom and cloakroom were all gray. I didn't take pictures, and there were no shower caps and hair bands. If you need them, you have to call the front desk. This is the first time I have encountered this😂and the toilet does not have a separate exhaust. Later, the butler said that it was because the air conditioning and exhaust were together, which means that if the air conditioning is not turned on, the toilet cannot be exhausted😰😰😰 Because this hotel is relatively remote, I decided to eat in the hotel restaurant at night. This may be the most unsuitable 5 I have ever eaten. A star-level meal. Because I didn't want to waste my brains ordering dishes, I chose their new set menu. Except for the green vegetable, everything else was terrible. The cold dishes were basically pre-made dishes. I don't know if the hot dishes were pre-made. Anyway, the taste didn't feel like fresh ingredients. However, the attitude of the restaurant manager was good. He also sent a little fruit as an apology. It is also worth praising the little girl with glasses at the front desk when checking out. She was always smiling and had a good attitude. It's good. It's a five-star standard. We received an excellent experience from the hotel. Especially their staff, Cherry from the reception and 美芹 from the restaurant. Both provided us high level of services. They are very nice and patient to our requests. Our room is comfortable and well equiped. Also, the view is great and beautiful. Definitely, i will stay here again if i come next.
