I booked Tongli Yiyuan Garden Inn for a last-minute trip, and afterwards I was glad that I made the right decision in such a hurry. After arriving in Tongli, we couldn't enter the ancient town because it was not yet 5 o'clock. We contacted the inn, and the girl who answered the phone suggested that our luggage could be picked up from the entrance of the scenic area in advance. So my husband and I were able to stroll around the outskirts of the ancient town and chat with local residents, and we quickly passed the waiting time. When we arrived at the inn, the girl at the front desk told us that our room had been upgraded and our luggage had been delivered to the room. This gentle and pretty girl personally took us to the room where the air conditioner was already turned on and helped turn on the floor heating. It is gloomy and chilly in the south of the Yangtze River in January, but the guest room is as warm as spring. The room was clean and tidy. The couch at the entrance is perfect for two people to sit opposite each other and drink tea. The Zhengshan Xiaozhong tea provided by the inn is warm and delicious, which instantly eliminates most of the fatigue after a day of running around. The bedding in the room is clean and comfortable. Outside the crabapple-shaped window is the inn's private courtyard - with rocks, flowers and birds, pavilions and corridors, peaceful and elegant. Later I learned that this was originally an ancient private garden, now run by its descendants. After taking a short nap in the room, we went downstairs to look for food. We unexpectedly met a kitten in the lobby. The sweet meowing sound added warmth to this quiet old house. As time goes by, we are lucky enough to come across such a beautiful private garden!

First of all, this location is really good and easy to find. It is on the side of the road. The service of the two brothers is huge and invincible. I have been helping me with my luggage. I really can’t pick up a problem. It’s very close to Pingjiang Road. It’s about 100 meters walk. Secondly, this The environment of the inn is really great. The greening is especially in place. It is like a small garden and a huge and cute silver gradient layer. It is really recommended to come! ! ! Cousin wearing glasses, brother, fat brother, 😭 It’s really kind to come out to play and meet such people.😭 all come to his house.😭

Yuyu's geographical location is unique. In the center of the old city, it is only a few minutes' walk to Pingjiang Road, Lion Grove, Humble Administrator's Garden, Suzhou Museum, etc. Taking a taxi to other attractions costs more than 20 yuan. The supplies are generally OK, toothbrushes and slippers are provided, but some are old and should be replaced. At this price, it's a good value for money.

This time I chose Jiahe Inn with my friend Suzhou. The location is very good. It is very close to the Lion Forest of Humble Administrator's Garden. Guanqian Street and Pingjiang Road. The whole check-in process is convenient and fast, because we arrived too early in the morning and there is no empty room. The inn helps us store our luggage. After there is a vacancy, the boss will also enthusiastically help us put our luggage in the room. We have been in Suzhou for two days because of the rain. It is a little cold. The innkeeper will also ask us if we need to start the air conditioning warm room in advance. The style of the inn is very Soviet. The main thing is clean and tidy. Although our room is facing the street, it is really not noisy. There is basically no noise in the corridor. For us who have been tired for a night and return to the hotel, the sleep experience is still very good. The boss and the staff in the inn are very enthusiastic to help us recommend restaurants, attractions, special products and gifts, and help us carry our luggage when we check out. Next time we have the opportunity to come to Suzhou, we will still choose Jiahe Inn!

I came on a weekday during the off-season, and the boss kindly upgraded me to a different room. The room is spacious, has good lighting, and the hygiene is good. The bed was very comfortable, the hot water in the shower came quickly, and the toilet was smart. The location is also excellent. For those who are willing to walk, most attractions can be reached within walking distance. Even if you need to take the subway or bus, it is very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby, including many well-known Su-style noodle restaurants. The only slight drawback is that the room is facing the road. Although there is not much noise after ten o'clock, you will still be disturbed occasionally when the delivery boy who plays loud music passes by on his bicycle. But the overall evaluation is still a very good accommodation choice and recommended.

This is the best hotel we stayed during our trip to Jiangnan. The hotel is located in a nice small lane in the peaceful Tongli old town, lightened up with lanterns in the night. The décor was like a small Jiangnan garden house in the ancient time, very elegant and the owner seems to have a taste of art 😙. We loved the small yard with lots of green and a pond where you can enjoy tea and relax. Oh and the bed was so good, we slept really well.

The hotel is on the edge of the ancient town, but not in the ancient town. You can enter the ancient town for free before 8 am and after 5 pm, but in theory there will be ticket checks at the entrance at other times. If you are lucky, no one can mix it occasionally. You can also borrow the boss's electric car to ride in without buying a ticket. The parking lot has to be close to 10 minutes. If you pull the suitcase, the stone road is still not very good. When I left, the boss drove a small three rounds to the parking lot ☀👍 The boss upgraded the room, you can view the river, opposite is the back kitchen of some restaurants, so the scenery is not as beautiful as expected 🤣 The only problem is that there are almost all problems in the ancient town. The sound outside in the morning is still quite noisy. After all, there are locals living in the ancient town. The residents on the other side get up early in the morning to work and knock on and wash. It is understandable. It is recommended to travel with earplugs. The rose flowers blooming at the door are particularly beautiful, and many Hanfu ladies come to check in 📷

Shuiyunjian is in an excellent location. It is very convenient to go anywhere and do anything. The price is very good. I feel like a local. I will choose this next time I come to rest. Handmade boutique coffee or Pu'er tea: I have to ask the boss for coffee every day🤣
