Overall the hotel is in a good location, just opposite the tourist area - Pingjiang Road. It was a pity that the hotel driveway was having works as it made taking of didi really tough with the heavy traffic around. It was wonderful that they provide a laundry room that is FOC, but we met terrible hotel guests who removed my family clothes from both washer and dryer when they were still wet. More consideration into how such acts could be prevented could be in place. Hotel breakfast and gym were both basic. Special mention to Front Desk Officer Amanda (on duty on evening of 28 Dec) whose service was excellent.

The room was originally a standard room, but Ms. Su at the front desk took the initiative to upgrade it to a deluxe room. I am very grateful for the service here. When I walked into the room, I felt that the facilities and supplies were complete, the environment was clean, and the bedding was comfortable. The breakfast was rich and tasted good. It is a courtyard-style hotel with convenient parking.

It is a Feng Shui treasure land. The room is facing Taihu Lake and has a 270-degree lake view room. Service: We were given a free room upgrade, which is great! Exquisite afternoon tea: very good, delivered to the room, and the breakfast the next day was also very exquisite! I came here with my two sisters. Because we came on a working day, there were relatively few people on the island, so I was really happy! ! ! After arriving, we went to take a boat ride to pick lotus pods recommended by the owner of the B&B. We took a lot of beautiful pictures. Watching the sunset in the middle of Taihu Lake is really beautiful. The sunset on Sanshan Island is absolutely beautiful! We also ate a lot of special lake food at the B&B. After dinner we went to set off fireworks. There is no restriction on setting off fireworks on the island. At night, I could see the stars on the balcony of my room while enjoying the evening breeze. It was really a healing trip.

It was my first time to visit Hengshan Island. It is a small island to the north of the larger Xishan Island. Its features include watching sunrise and sunset and feeding seagulls. I brought my parents and four people and booked two rooms on the second floor, a terrace room and a balcony room. The views are very good. The balcony room has a larger room and hot spring pool, and the terrace room has a great viewing terrace. Each has its own characteristics. There are floor heating and air conditioning. For us who cannot do without floor heating in winter, this really meets the rigid needs. We entered the island on Sunday. There were many people and cars at the entrance to the island. I thought it would be very noisy. After sunset, there were fewer tourists and it was very quiet. I am also grateful that I did not encounter noisy guests during the two days of living there. Everyone rested well. The breakfast will change. The first day is Japanese, the second day is Chinese, and the third day is Western. The housekeeper said that it is currently developed to the third day hahahahaha. It is very suitable for our aimless leisure vacation. After breakfast in the morning, feed the seagulls, drive to Xishan Island to visit the ancient village, watch the sunset and take a bath in the evening, and rest quietly at night. The boss has a very good service attitude. The weather was not strong on the day we stayed, we didn't see the sunrise, and everything else was fine. Thanks to the boss for the surprise breakfast specially prepared. Also helped us to the scenic spot. An emergency rescue service was also provided. We went to Mingyue Bay to watch the sunset, but we couldn't get a taxi after dinner, and the boss helped us take a taxi.

Located at the foot of Lion Mountain in Suzhou, it is close to the bustling city and quiet. It is within walking distance of the Suzhou Museum West Building, Art Theater, etc., and is surrounded by rich natural and cultural resources. The staff are enthusiastic and positive, and can provide just the right service. They give reasonable suggestions based on the guests' itinerary, recommend delicious noodle shops and coffee shops, and give a little turtle when making the bed at night, and a little lion when leaving.
