"I've been to many countries around world. I've stayed in many nice boutique, premium and luxury hotels. But believe me, none was as good as Wyndham Casablanca. And you know what makes it so special? From the doorman to the receptionists, from the pool staff to the restaurant waiter, everyone is incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. I can honestly say that just staying here has changed my perspective on life. This may also be due to the kindness of the Indonesian people. Believe me, you won't regret your stay here in this hotel. At a completely unexpected moment (even I'd forgotten) —I'm not one for celebrating birthdays— two staff members came to wish me a happy birthday with a cute cake. They made me experience every emotion at once. I'd like to thank everyone again. You are all beautiful and precious. Well if you are looking for more objective review, then let me summarize it like this: Breakfast : Amazing (mostly Asian cuisine) Pool: Clean and relaxing Staff: Just amazing. Very kind, smiling and helpful Location: City center. Just few meters away of a shopping mall Price: Compared to many other chain hotels, much better. Rooms: Clean and spacious"

"I have stayed in this hotel over and over. Very good location. Clean and neat rooms. Deluxe rooms with Meteo view are my favourite. The hotel always gave me upgrades. Had buffet lunch, and that was superb. All staff in the restaurant are very good. Located with a small mall, and can buy little things what we want. Easy to travel to other areas. Metro Lebak Bulus station is next to the hotel and can go to the station even during rainy days without getting wet via sky Bridge. Whole staff of the hotel very kind, smiling, pleasant and friendly and supportive. Near to Pondok Indah big shopping mall. I love this place. Thanks to all the front desk staff, Winda, Elena, Galih, Maulana, and all others and Tryana front officer manager again.. Hope to see you again."

"The room actually out of my expectations. But the first time we enter the room the bed cover was not that clean. But the staff they are very nice so they change it immediately. We ask to pickup the laundry but no one is picked up. All out the facility is good instead the room but however I can say the staff they are really helpful"

".After an afternoon swim with the family, we wanted to back to our room, the elevator line was incredibly long, reaching all the way to the entrance. A group had just arrived! The hotel should have provided a solution so the reguler guests wouldn't have to wait nearly an hour in line with toddlers. What a disappointment!"

"I stayed her with my cousin because after lasik I could only watch TV. Sadly, I don’t have a smart TV at home whereas my only entertainment is netflix. The room is not too spacious, but just enough. The only thing that I dislike is the way to reach the hotel lobby is a bit…..complicated (?) Things I like and appreciate. 1. Whenever I look out the window, the view is similar with when I stay is Bandung. There are lots of trees and green areas, so the vibe is cool or maybe serene. 2. Smart TV my love, even a good hotel such as Aston Bogor doesn’t have one. 3. There are reading lamps besar the bed."
