Our beautiful Colorado townhouse comes fully equipped for your vacation. Beautifully decorated, great location, quiet and comfortable. You’ll feel right at home here, we hope. The main level boasts an open floor plan with high ceilings, durable floors, fireplace, spacious kitchen, large dining table, a powder room, and an outdoor patio with gas grill and seating. During the winter there's a boot dryer for your ski or snowboard boots. Upstairs is the primary bedroom (king bed) and bath. Laundry, two guest rooms, and full bathroom are downstairs. Both bedrooms have a queen bed. This home's beds sleep 6 comfortably. Just steps from the front door is the Homestead Court Club with indoor pool and hot tub, steam room, tennis courts, racquetball courts, cardio equipment, weights, Peloton bikes, Pilates and fitness classes. Large family room, large rec room (with pool table), hot tub, private deck/yard, plenty of bathrooms, and beds for everyone (even a couple of others to spare). Perfect location near the ski slopes, golf courses, fishing, hiking, biking, and all the other wonderful things you can do in the Colorado mountains year-round. Gated community, close to groceries, restaurants, bars, coffee and other services. The house itself is very large, clean, modern, and well-appointed. Lots of beds for the whole group. Owner/manager was responsive and great to work with too."My Response The nice comments included by the coordinator of this large group are greatly appreciated, as their stay at the home was one of the first experiences by this group at a home. The coordinator is entrusted with making an appropriate home choice to satisfy the ideals of many personalities in a large group, so every attempt is made by the home owner/manager during the reservation process to address all concerns of a prospective guest. In this case, in addition to the comfort of the accommodations for their large group, the coordinator for this group of guests wanted to confirm that the home had sufficient privacy on the huge deck for the hot tub, so that the group could relax after long days on the many golf courses nearby. In addition, the group wanted convenience to shopping and to the amenities in the area. They also wanted a nice new grill on the deck, and a regulation sized pool table in the den. This group felt that all of their expectations were met. The group left the home in good condition, and is welcome to come back to the home at any time in the future. Adam said.
