Unbelievable lake views with private fishing dock and ideally located for privacy from neighbors. The whole house is extremely light and inviting . Ideally located , 6 minutes drive to Starbucks, target, Ross, TJ Max, Publix , movie theatre, dog parks and lots of restaurants. Near by golf course and 20 minutes drive to the most gorgeous Flagler beach full of bars and restaurants or 22 minutes drive to Ormond by the sea which is a quieter beach, 25 minutes drive to the famous Daytona beach, 1 hour , 30 minutes to Orlando Disney World, St Augustine only 50 minutes drive away. It has a master ensuite, split bedroom plan with the common living space in the middle, lending itself to relaxation and cozy get togethers. Guest bedroom #2 has Queen size bed with a 40" HD smart tv along with a large closet. Guest bedroom #3 has a Full size (Double) bed with a Twin fold down futon bed along with a 40" HD smart TV and large closet. The large living room has plenty of space to kick back and relax. With a 75" HD smart TV, games, puzzles and books there is plenty to keep yourself entertained. The kitchen is setup with everything you might need and the cabinets are stocked with common items like utensils, dishes, cups, etc. The entire home and pool area are equipped with fast & free WIFI. The grill and outdoor dining area is great for entertaining while enjoying the pool, hot tub and covered screened in lanai. Screened in garage is available for additional entertaining area, motorcycle or vehicle parking. Please note, if using for a vehicle, only 1 vehicle will fit inside the garage at a time. The large U shaped driveway provides parking for 4 vehicles. In addition, there is an additional parking area along the side of the house (behind fence gate).
