"True to its reputation as a long-standing 5-star hotel in Quanzhou, the service here is absolutely superb. The hotel has been recently renovated, but it's an older building, so the ceiling height is a bit low. However, the location is fantastic! Just a short walk left from the entrance brings you to Zhongshan Road, a century-old street. It's also only about 1 kilometer from attractions like Kaiyuan Temple and West Street, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. In the evenings, the hotel even offers complimentary grass jelly and milk, which gives you such a warm, 'home-away-from-home' feeling. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. Their thoughtful gestures really make an impression; this will definitely be my top choice for my next trip to Quanzhou!"

"The new Chinese-style lobby, infused with Fujian intangible cultural heritage designs, feels both upscale and authentically local. From the high-rise, panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, you can effortlessly take in the sunrise, sunset, and the dazzling bridge and Ferris wheel night views. Soaking in the bathtub by the window while enjoying the nightscape is absolutely divine. The rooms are spacious, the bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The breakfast spread offers a wide variety of Fujian snacks, with freshly prepared Shacha noodles and vermicelli paste that taste genuinely authentic. Downstairs, you'll find the lively Taihe commercial district, making dining and getting around super convenient. The hotel also boasts excellent amenities like a heated swimming pool and an executive lounge, and the service is wonderfully warm and attentive. This is definitely the top choice for a vacation in Quanzhou, worth a second visit!"

"When planning our trip to Quanzhou, I debated between a guesthouse in the old city and a brand-name hotel. Ultimately, I felt a star-rated hotel would be more reliable and suitable for traveling with a child. It turned out to be a wise choice! Although this Crowne Plaza Riverside is about a 5km drive from the old city, getting around by taxi is incredibly convenient. Facilities: During our three-day, two-night stay in Quanzhou, we primarily explored the old city. On the rainy day, we took our child to the hotel pool, enjoyed the 'stargazing' afternoon tea in the lobby, and had dinner at Cai Feng Lou. We basically experienced all the hotel's facilities. The swimming pool was very clean, and the food was delicious, though a bit pricey with the added service charge and 6% tax points. Room: The toiletries were Antipodes, and I loved the scent! The bed had a semi-enclosed headboard, meaning we couldn't push beds together (a unique need for families with kids). Most importantly, the water and electricity were excellent! It definitely surpassed any guesthouse. Service: We received a small gift upon arrival, and the hotel's account manager, One Xu, even waived the first round of the mini-bar. 🙏"

"Let's start with the service. The front desk lady was truly attentive and dedicated. Next, the location: right in the heart of the ancient city, yet quiet amidst the hustle and bustle, surrounded by numerous restaurants and snacks. The room was simply and elegantly designed, and visibly clean. The front desk was staffed even late at night, and the waiter was always quick to deliver anything we asked for. The only downside was that while the B&B offered free parking, we hadn't thought it would be easy to find parking in the ancient city, especially around West Street, so we didn't drive. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I drive!"

In this clean and comfortable space, I could enjoy peaceful relaxation and feel completely secure and at ease. The self-service breakfast in the morning elevated the five-star experience to its peak. The dining area offered an overwhelming variety of options, with both Chinese and Western dishes available to satisfy diverse palates. There were steaming hot Chinese pastries, fragrant and delicious congee, freshly cooked tender eggs, authentic local snacks, paired with refreshing and appetizing pickled vegetables, all full of local flavor. The Western dishes were equally impressive, including crispy and sweet breads and pastries, fresh and varied salads, rich cheeses and cold cuts, as well as various nutritious cereals, nuts, and dried fruits. Additionally, there were fresh and plump seasonal fruits, freshly squeezed juices, aromatic coffee, and soothing teas. The ingredients were fresh and high-quality, the taste was authentic and delicious, and the dining environment was clean and comfortable. The service staff promptly refilled food and cleared plates, making every breakfast a delightful and satisfying experience, perfect for starting a vibrant day. From the meticulous service to the clean and comfortable rooms, and the rich and delicious breakfast, this hotel truly embodies a five-star stay through its extreme attention to detail and care. Every moment felt warm and dignified, making it undoubtedly an excellent choice for any trip."

"I came to Quanzhou for training and my company booked this hotel. I happened to be with my sister, so they changed the beds for us to twins. The room was very large and faced Qingyuan Mountain. Fruit was provided upon check-in. The service staff were very friendly and greeted every guest they saw. [Strong][Strong] Since we had a high-speed train at 3:00 PM, the front desk lady extended our check-out to 2:00 PM. It was very good and highly recommended. It's a very user-friendly hotel. [Strong]"
