As we were traveling with family, he proactively upgraded us to a high-floor room on the 31st floor, offering panoramic views of Quanzhou, which delighted the children. The room itself was spacious and tidy, not feeling at all cramped for four people. The bedding was comfortable, and the amenities were complete. It's also worth mentioning that the housekeeping aunties were very polite, always greeting us, showing great attention to detail and making us feel right at home. Overall, both the facilities and service were of a very high standard, making for a truly pleasant stay. If we visit Quanzhou again in the future, we will definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to friends."
