The safety box in closet smells like died fish inside. My son put passports inside it. I knew it after 3 days so my pass ports smell like **** and a bit wet. Hotel reception reflected immediately but smells still there. We couldn’t use closets. Besides this problem, service and location are good.

Nice place to stay. Loved its quaint appearance and decoration. Conveniently located to the tourist spots. Lots of options to eat nearby if you prefer not to eat in their restaurant. Convenience store is close by too. Our Queen heritage room was spacious and clean. However, the heating system was not working properly despite putting it at 32degrees it felt like 18degrees. The room didn’t feel warm enough. Hot water system needs to be checked as on the day we were supposed to leave I went for a shower at 5:30AM but the water never felt hot despite running it for a few minutes.My companion had to skip the hot shower.
Highly appreciated the lady receptionist who let us check-in early as we were looking forward to lying down to rest after flying from overseas.
Would recommend to friends and family if heater and hot water is not issue to them.
