Based on the room category and additional cost, I expected a clearer view of Sydney Harbour, the Harbour Bridge, or even the Opera House. "The reception and car park arrangement was quite confusing as the hotel is inside an office tower, with the reception located on the 5th floor and parking accessible through another building. The night shift staff were very helpful, but the morning shift staff were less accommodating and asked us to walk a long way to the car park and go down the ramp ourselves with our big luggage. Not very convenient for guests with cars, kids, or elderly family members. Nevertheless, the room was cozy and comfortable."

"We were first given a room that looked good until we experienced using the bathroom. It was poorly designed. The shower stall was small such that we could not swing the shower door inwards to let us n or out and so have to enter or exit the shower door outwards. However, when opening the shower door outwards the door would scrape the floor and therefore interfere with the bath mat. The medicine cabinet/mirror hangs over the bathroom sink and there obstructs face washing and shaving. We asked for a change of room the next morning and receptionist who was familiar with the particular room willingly obliged. The new room had a different layout and was completely satisfactory. We stayed 5 nights at the hotel and was very satisfied with its amenities, cleanliness and location. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"What I love about the Capsule Hotel is that the location and also very near the mall. Although, it is important to let guests know that theres no elevator going to the 3rd Level or the 4th floor. So if you have a heavy luggage it is important to take note of this. I love how comfy the beds are and also how clean the beddings and towels are big enough for large people to fit in. There are shampoo, conditioners and body wash available. I had a good/better sleep here. There freezers that I too advantage of. Something to consider, I hope the hostel will provide stickers/papers to write on for the food labels. The pens are working but the markers are dried up. There a bit of a mess in terms of the kitchen and the utensils are a bit disorganized. You cant cook but theres microwave, kettle and toaster."

"I booked a 7-night stay for the Sydney Marathon. The hotel is located in North Sydney, very close to the race starting point, and just a 5-6 minute walk to Victoria Cross Metro station. My room featured a well-equipped kitchenette and was very clean. Housekeeping serviced the room every 1-2 days. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare Western-style pan-fried dishes, Chinese stir-fries, and light snacks. The soundproofing was also excellent. The bathroom was a bit small. A minor drawback was that the shower only had an overhead rain shower, with no handheld option, which made showering slightly inconvenient. An oven instead of a microwave would have been a great addition."
