The location is truly excellent, and with kitchen facilities, it's the perfect accommodation for trips lasting a week or more. However, the amenities were not provided in proportion to the number of guests, so we had to call daily to request more. Additionally, we were told there was no extra charge for coffee refills at the breakfast restaurant, but at checkout, we were informed of additional charges. Other than that, it was a decent place to stay.

Hi. We went to Sydney’s Vivid for 7 days stayed at another hotel for 5 and at Pullman for 2 nights. Excellent location excellent service great price. Highly recommended.

The view of the Harbour Bridge is amazing. I recommend the sea view suite. The room is large and clean. It is cleaned every day. It has complete facilities and a milk frother.

This stay was very satisfying. The hotel as a whole gave people a warm and elegant feeling. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the cleaning was particularly good, and every detail was carefully considered. The location was great, it was a 3-minute walk to the Opera House and there were lots of restaurants. However, the view was disappointing. The bathroom was particularly poorly cleaned.
