The location is truly excellent, and with kitchen facilities, it's the perfect accommodation for trips lasting a week or more. However, the amenities were not provided in proportion to the number of guests, so we had to call daily to request more. Additionally, we were told there was no extra charge for coffee refills at the breakfast restaurant, but at checkout, we were informed of additional charges. Other than that, it was a decent place to stay.

Hi. We went to Sydney’s Vivid for 7 days stayed at another hotel for 5 and at Pullman for 2 nights. Excellent location excellent service great price. Highly recommended.

This stay was very satisfying. The hotel as a whole gave people a warm and elegant feeling. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the cleaning was particularly good, and every detail was carefully considered. The service staff was friendly and responsive, making people feel at home. The breakfast was rich in variety, fresh and delicious, and the environment was very quiet. The hotel has a superior geographical location, and it is very convenient for travel and surrounding facilities. It was an experience beyond expectations. I highly recommend it!

The location was great, it was a 3-minute walk to the Opera House and there were lots of restaurants. However, the view was disappointing. The bathroom was particularly poorly cleaned.

Apart from the fact that the pier was too noisy and it was a bit disturbing to sit on the balcony, there was really nothing wrong with it. The location was good, the view was great, and there was a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher, which was very convenient.

The location is unbeatable, and the service is really good. Unfortunately, the facilities are a bit old, but it does not affect the living experience.
Because we had an early flight on the last day, the hotel cleaned our clothes overnight and delivered breakfast to the room before we left. It was really great!
