The expansive lawn provides ample space for children to run and play. 3. **Wide Parking Space:** Ample parking space makes it convenient for guests arriving with their vehicles. 4. **Breakfast Buffet:** Though the breakfast buffet had limited choices, every dish served was delicious and satisfying. **Cons:** 1. **Unheated Pool:** Unfortunately, the pool is unheated, which might be a downside for those looking to take a dip in colder weather. 2. **Outdated Room:** The room we stayed in felt quite old and outdated. The view was fantastic. The staff were friendly and accomodating. Its great that they have both indoor and outdoor (infinity) pool. The room was clean and comfortable but lacks maintenance which was really a minor disappointment given the price. I would like to suggest that some outlets be placed near the head of the bed and the rooms be renovated.

Considering to go back again. All the staff are excellent in giving service to all the guest. From Reception, Concierge and all the staff of food dine-inn are prefessional. They serve us more than a five star hotel guest. Thank You so much! This is highly recommended to visit and stay for leisure vacation

Awesome , rooms are immaculately clean and still like almost like new. A blisful stay with complete amenities. No deposit requireds so u have more cash to spend on the hotel menu. Breakfast buffet is the highlight of the stay. Going home with lots of smile and kudos to the team.

Just checked out from a stay at the One Ta***tay Place Hotel. This place had its contrasts, so it's difficult to give a simple good or bad verdict. Firstly, let's commend the staff. Their service was top-notch – always available, ready to help, and maintaining a positive attitude at all times. We had inquiries and requests that were accommodated promptly and efficiently. They are genuinely an asset to this establishment. On the other side of the spectrum were the amenities and the room. It seems that the hotel could benefit from some much-needed refurbishments. Signs of wear were noticeable in the room furnishings and certain areas in the hotel. They weren’t a deal-breaker, but they did detract from the overall impression. Another plus side of One Ta***tay Place: its location. It's perfectly nestled close to the most scenic vistas Ta***tay offers. Its proximity to major attractions is a bonus and is something that future guests would definitely appreciate. In conclusion, One Ta***tay Place might not be a picture-perfect stay but it offers a decent, service-oriented experience, and uses its location to great advantage. A few upgrades could definitely elevate the guest experience. Would I come back? Yes, though I do hope to see some improvements next time around. For the price, service, and location, it's still a considerably good deal.

Everyone are very attentive &courteous from reception to room service to the restaurant servers/waiters and pool attendant. Love the breakfast buffet spread and the heated pool. We really loved our stay here and will definitely be back soon! #welcomehome ❤️

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Facilities were well maintained. Location is easy to find. Making this the family's staple accommodation for our Tagaytay visits.

The type of room was so-called grapping in a tent. You can also have a campfire in front of you. We had a good time with a massage in the green canopy and a demonstration of the hotel-provided yoga Qigong organic juice. The food in the restaurant is also perfect. I don't mean there is a lot of breakfast. It is a menu where the creator's thoughts are transmitted and the heart is filled. Handmade apple jam was awesome. I want to revisit just for the restaurant. The air flowing throughout the hotel is amazing and we will definitely return here again.
