Arrived quite late, but Darren at the front desk was super enthusiastic and meticulously explained all the hotel's facilities. Upon learning I was an Accor Platinum member and confirming my Trip.com Accor direct booking, he proactively upgraded me to an executive room and even included complimentary executive lounge access for two. What a pleasant surprise!
The room offered a true lake view, with the clear blue sky reflecting on the water – truly refreshing.
The room service was also very thoughtful. When I needed items like drinking water and a razor, the staff responded quickly and delivered them to my room promptly. Their service was dedicated and thorough. Overall, a perfect stay!
