Overall services were good, from concierge, to check in and check out. The room that was allocated to us was spacious however they could have done better to do regular maintenance on their TV channels and systems. Some channels showed black screen with audio whereas some with visuals but no audio. Called up for service and they got a technician over to check yet no outcome and they decided to brush me off by blaming it on system updates backend. Tried over the next few days and still didn't work, and gave up eventually. Not returning to this hotel for my next trip to Taichung.

I was so lucky. I booked a double room and was suddenly told to upgrade to a triple room. I also emphasized that I was the only one staying there, but the hotel still upgraded me. I was so happy. There was free coffee, milk tea, and cookies on the first floor. There was a lot of food outside the hotel, so I didn't have to worry about being hungry. It's very close to Fengjia Night Market. The hotel also has a parking lot, which is very convenient. However, this time I took a bus from Taichung Wuri High Speed ​​Rail, which was also very convenient. However, the only drawback was that the sound insulation was relatively poor, and the sheets and pillowcases had a stuffy smell. I hope it can be improved.

The hotel has good seats and convenient transportation. There is a bus stop nearby. It is only a few minutes walk to Fengjia Night Market. There are snack restaurants nearby. The bed is also very comfortable. I will stay here again next time.

A 5 star hotel that deserves its rating. Rooms are comparable with Sheraton/Hilton etc... it's a well-oiled machine and everyone was efficient and kind. Shout out to my namesake SEAN in the Prime restaurant on the roof who took care of us with a memorable Christmas dinner. One for any short list in Taichung.

The counter staff is very considerate! It's amazing! He didn’t mention that he was the birthday boy of this month, and his birthday was even the next day. He noticed it immediately when he checked in that day, and even gave me a birthday gift and said happy birthday, which was very heartwarming. Stay here if you would like to be near to the Fengxia Night Market. Otherwise, it's far from the old centre There is a TV in the bathtub which is probably unique . No hair conditioner or body lotion provided, so need to bring your own.

After trying several hotels, now I always stay in Lin whenever I am in Taichung. Centrally located and best hotel. Room size is too big and breakfast buffet spread is also very vast

I enjoyed it during the stay overall, but the hotel could improve its flexibility with check-in times. A strict 3 PM check-in policy can be inconvenient for guests arriving after long journeys. Since it wasn’t a peak period and there weren’t many guests, offering an early check-in by even 30 minutes to an hour would have been a nice touch.
