Horrible! If we could give 0 stars we would.
Firstly, the receptionist on the line was extremely rude when we inquired about baggage storage and was insistant that we had to store our luggage at the nearest metro station. So if you're looking for baggage storage before check-in, they provide no such service.
The corridors can barely fit one luggage. There are also no lifts in the hotel so you have to lug your luggages up the narrow and steep stairway yourself (great way to burn some calories during your vacation.....)
Secondly, if that's still okay with you, the cleanliness is definitely a dealbreaker.
The mini fridge reeked and had leftover food from previous guests (Photo 1). The room also reeked of cigarettes even though they said no smoking. The beds were full of dust, hair, and random stains even though they insisted that they changed them. The blankets made us incredibly itchy and made it impossible to sleep (Photo 2). The aircon was moldy and dripping when we first entered the room (Photo 3 & 4). To make matters worse, in the middle of the night, around 1am, the aircon started making loud noises and wouldn’t turn off at first. After a while we managed to turn off the aircon to prevent any electrical hazards, so we had no aircon the whole night. Since there was no on-site receptionist/staff to assist us with the problem, we had to endure it till 9am the next day to request for a new room.
This experience made us so miserable and uncomfortable in the 'hotel' that we decided it's best that we change hotels. The only saving grace was that the location is close to the metro station and the sweet housekeeping lady who cleaned all the rooms by herself and tried her best to help us.
Don't make the same mistake as we did. Don't be fooled by the convenience of the location or price!!!

Where location to the rail station, friendly staff overall very good experience would like to stay a couple more days but the price went up so we had to move

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, modern, and had comfortable beds. The Indonesian lady was incredibly kind and helpful, assisting me with changing the language on the TV and being available throughout the day. The rooms were quiet, and the hotel is in an excellent neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants and close to the metro and the night market. The only downside was the lack of ventilation, as the room had no windows. Overall, it is a great experience and a great budget option

The hotel entrance was locked, so I added them on LINE or what's up app?, but there was nothing about opening the door, so I told them I wanted to check in by pressing the doorbell, and they opened it for me. After that, I checked in using the machine as instructed, and a receipt came out with the code number for the room door and the code number for the front door, so I was able to open the door with that. It was a little confusing at first, but after that it went smoothly. The room was much nicer than it looked from the outside. There was a USB and Type C outlet, and a refrigerator. The staff member was also kind, asking if I needed a towel or water, and if I needed anything, please let me know!
