If you stay 2-3 nights, 2-3 pairs of earplugs will be needed. (search trip.com for hotel with comparable prices )

Very loud, so be ready for a party directly outside the hotel. also the location is not as described on trip, we had to walk 10 minutes with someone from the hotel to another location, but the hotel was fine. Opposite of the hotel were very nice cocktails (see picture)

The location is great, close to Ximending night market. The room is clean but not soundproof. Recommend this for people who want a hotel with budget price and good location.

The hotel is hardly to find .. the taxi driver cannot locate .. I’ve looking for almost 2 hours .. I ask many locals around but most of them they don’t know … the reception is located in different address and building but the property itself it’s different area … when I get to the reception it’s only one person assisting many guest and send them to different hotels … I don’t understand the arrangement…I suggest to inform bookers the process for the check in .. and also I booked a tours tru Klook and I gave the hotel address they also can’t find me.. it’s very difficult locals can’t speak and understand English..

Hopelessly hopeless. No front desk. No service. When u need something. Does not answer tel. Whatsapp reply 1 day delay. Most Hopeless hotel ever.

The problem is the disco noise. Since the 2xx floor is assigned first, Rm 260 and Rm 261 are near a mid-night bar and the disco music will be continuing until 03:00 a.m. Moreover, there is a partition door between Rm 260 and Rm 261. All the sounds are shared (u can see in my 1st few photos). DON'T FORGET: BRING TWO PAIRS OF EARPLUGS (just in case u lose 1 earplug!). As u can see the Smile sign in my photo, of course you could book the hotels near the Smile Comma because those are near XiMen. However, I think, the noise level around this area is not acceptable. (Nice to remind you again, the automatic assigning system of the machine near the Smile sign entrance, is realistically automatic. You cannot change to other rooms with better sound-proof location.) : )

Smile comma consists of two hotel locations and we got the latter one which might have honestly been just what we were looking for! Only problem was that it seemed more like a single and double bed combined but no issues besides that.
