the room was not cleaned, the staff was not at all friendly and did not want to help. Wi-Fi is so weak that it’s impossible to even use it! the floors were dirty
the woman at the reception did not allow me to park my car near the hotel, although there is parking there

This hotel is right next to the hospital, and the view outside the window is the entrance to the emergency room. People who mind this should think more about it. Also, the room has a lot of space, but the bed is really hard, and my waist is hanging in the air. It's not a very comfortable place for me to sleep, but people who like hard beds should like it.
