The service is top notch, I would said it’s the best service from all the staff in the hotel. They were very helpful and attentive, arrange all our massage booking and also restaurants… We actually had small accident during our cycling activities.. The hotel was very well prepared with all the safe aids and the staff is professional enough to help us to the cleaning and apply med on the injuries..they also have very nice cocktails bar with very good drink in the hotel .

friendly service, no view, thin walls, can hear a guy speaking loudly all day long next door. weird bathroom design, one door for three wet areas, entry into a big white bathroom and not very visually pleasing. boutique designs outside the room, poor interior design inside the room.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of the city. Super convenient with massage shops and many restaurants nearby. Nice design and layout. Service was phenomenal especially the foreign gentlemen at the bell stand. Definitely get a room with a balcony to get the local neighborhood feel

Top notched, best hotel I’ve tried so far in Taipei.
The location is perfect with nearby mrt stations, malls and restaurants and even those traditional ********* breakfast place. And a really good massage place right in front.
The whole place is very well designed. Very cozy and chill.
All the staff are very friendly, considerate and thoughtful this is the reason I decided to leave a review.
