Terrible customer services here!!!Strongly not recommend any foreigners to stay. Not helpful at all. Not replying messages online. Even directly cut my line during a call! I have been staying in tons of hotels/hostels before, but this is my worst experience and made me feel so insulted and furious! 天哪我從來沒有遇到如此糟糕的服務業！ 因為有東西遺留在民宿需要協助，他們回訊息超級慢（其實就只回過一次：D），一直等不到回覆的我只好打長途電話做提醒，電話裡頭超敷衍，甚至講不滿意就直接掛我電話！！！ 做為背包客多年，我住過無數次的民宿或飯店，這是我第一次生氣到要留下負評！ 房間設備、整體環境等等算中下水平，對此我本來就沒有太高期望（畢竟一分錢一分貨），但服務這樣子實在令我太失望，感覺自已花錢受氣被侮辱。

The air conditioner makes a dripping sound every 10 minutes😡! Fortunately, I was very tired, so I asked the store clerk to change rooms or get a refund, and she was told that the same was true for every room😡! The toothpaste cup turns out to be a paper cup! And it’s so old🤮The environment on site feels old and dirty! You have to hand over the key every time you go out! They said they should buy more in case guests go out! ! And said to prevent guests from dropping it! Otherwise, you have to pay the price! The sound of the elevator is terrifying👻👿🏢There is no text display and it leaves red marks🥶🥶! I wonder if the security guard downstairs feels uneasy too! It’s not free anymore🙅🏻♂️! If I have to say one advantage, it would be more than 400 yuan. The room is quite big! I checked online today and found out that I also have a criminal record! 😵💫
