They provide basic facilities and amenities. There’s also free storage until 9:00 PM, so you can roam around the city and buy more stuff before your flight. It’s comfortable and they have key cards, so the place feels secured.

There is always a smell that smells bad, this is the second time I be there, but the smell still same. Wonder if smell from worker or environment.

Terrible experience.
When we checked in there was blood on the wall, the receptionist (that was REALLY rude) tried to yell at me that it was paint. After arguing that it was obviously blood, we changed rooms and there was hair in the other room’s mattress. We found a biscuit under the mattress upon checking out, that was not ours.
There are permanent residents here, the vibe is unwelcoming, you are not allowed to use the balconies of the kitchen (only for staff ??) and the showers are rusty and half of them are out of order.
For the same price, stay somewhere else.

good for a hostel, women toilet and showers need card to access which is nice. many small room but good. A bit of walk from the mrt station and area is quiet
