The most annoying thing is that I asked the front desk for earplugs. The front desk said at first that they had them but I had to pick them up in the afternoon. It would take 10-20 minutes to deliver them. After 15 minutes, there was still no service. I called again and was told that there was no earplugs in stock. I felt fooled. The gym and restaurant are OK. Objective evaluation.

You can bring your pet, but you have to pay extra. You will be given a box of dog gifts, but there are no diaper pads and dog bowls in the room, nor are there any dog ​​sleeping mats. A dog is charged more than 1,700 yuan a night, which I think is not cost-effective. The overall service staff of the hotel is cold and unprofessional. The fees that should be collected during check-in are omitted, and the invoice cannot be given immediately. According to the counter staff, it was because of a computer failure. I don’t quite understand this strange process. When I went downstairs at night, I saw a pile of food, wine glasses, and plates eaten by guests on the table in the bar. No service staff cleaned up and it was very dirty. The gym is only open until 10 pm and is very small and crowded. There is nothing to eat near the hotel in a residential area. The only good thing is that the room is quite large with a living room, and you can see the beautiful scenery of Guandu Plain outside the window. I didn’t eat breakfast, so I don’t know if it’s delicious.
