I checked into Regent Hotel for 2 nights and had a great experience. Check-in was smooth and Christy was especially helpful, professional, kindness and attentive, she went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.
My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, a great stay l would highly recommend Regent Hotel, and special thanks again to Christy for going above and beyond!

喜歡台北的晶華酒店，感覺蠻大氣的，雖然有年代感了，但保養得不錯，那把房門的金鑰匙很可愛！地理位置也挺好，可以步行去中山路地鐵站、寧夏夜市……自助早餐有很多地方小吃，餐廳很大座位很多，吃得舒適，服務也很好，下次再來台北時會繼續入住這裏！

Love the new;y renovated room design, basement gym and sauna lovely though gym is not 24hr. Rooftop pool also nice. Service is moderate esp check in/out quite old school and takes a while. Overall not bad

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary trip. After I asked about where I could buy a cake for celebration, the hotel prepared the complimentary cake and late check out for us. It was a nice surprise. We had teppanyaki dinner at Robin’s and food was sumptuous. Location is excellent as well

The location is very central and easy accessible to large shopping malls and 赤峰街，however I need to emphasize the lack of training for front desk staff.
Even though my room was a refurbished one ( I believe) the whole aircon system is still outdated and the worst thing is that it stopped working in the middle of the night ( for 1-2 hours).
The walls and windows are paper thin, thus you can hear your neighbors v clearly, so I had a couple fighting on the one side and another couple watching TV and laughing on the other side, all of this around midnight.
