Very good location but hotel is a bit old and dated. Hotel is welcoming to all guests, providing a comfortable and pleasant experience. However, it appears that the service for suite guests may not feel significantly elevated compared to other accommodations, despite the exclusive nature of the suites. The breakfast offering, while diverse, falls short of expectations when compared to the standards typically seen at other five-star properties.

The hotel is practically connected to the whole Taipei main station (HSR+Taiwan Rail+Airport Rail+Metro Blue Line and Red Line+Bus Terminal) and there is no need to open an umbrella to get from any of those to the hotel. The Q Square Mall is complete with everything you need and Ningxia Night Market is within 15 mins walking distance. The decor is excellent and the service is great!!!

We stayed 2 nights before checking out to go Beitou for a night. The service was great, especially the concierge team & housekeeping who were ultra friendly & helpful. The room was clean but we would have liked it better if the washing area & bathtub are enclosed within a door. The breakfast was disappointing as options were limited & tasted bland, unsure if this is the ********* style but soya milk was really tasteless. We are going back to stay another 2 nights & and we were glad that we did not book the room with breakfast. The exec lounge serves mainly pastries. The hotel is extremely convenient, right next to a mall & MRT + 5 mins taxi ride to Ningxia night market. The downside is that we could not use our hairdryer due to voltage diff & we did not realise earlier as it was our 1st time to Taiwan.

We arrived late at night due to our schedules, but the hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service. I loved the festive ornaments and decorations for the Christmas season, which added to the hotel's charming, castle-like atmosphere. Our room was fantastic, and the exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's prime location near Taipei Train Station makes it a convenient choice for travellers. Highly recommend!
